Part-Time Clinical Skin Therapist – The Bespoke Clinic, Newcastle upon Tyne

The Bespoke Clinic is a private, CQC-registered clinic in Newcastle specialising in functional medicine, holistic health, hormones, and integrative skin care. We take a root-cause, functional medicine approach — blending advanced testing, hormone support, and evidence-based skin treatments. Patients come to us for calm, thoughtful care that truly addresses the skin from the inside out.

We’re now looking for a hands-on, confident and thoughtful Clinical Skin Therapist to join us part-time. You’ll be supporting the Clinic Director in delivering personalised care with a focus on inflammatory skin conditions, perimenopausal skin changes, rejuvenation, and integrative skin health. You’ll help shape a premium but approachable experience — supporting patients before, during and after treatments.

  • Assisting in consultations and patient procedures (including chaperoning where needed)
  • Performing skin assessments using our facial analysis device
  • Performing medical-grade skin treatments (e.g. microneedling, peels)
  • Performing injectable skin treatments
  • Advising on and promoting personalised skin protocols using medical-grade skincare
  • Recording observations (e.g. weight, BP, height) and supporting clinic documentation
  • Phlebotomy experience is an advantage, as we support patients with functional testing
  • Maintaining infection control and clinical hygiene to CQC standards
  • Preparing treatment rooms and clinical stock areas
  • Supporting patients with pre- and post-treatment care and instructions
  • Assisting with patient queries and follow-up where needed
  • Occasionally supporting clinic events or skincare-focused content

💫 This role is for you if:

  • You have a background in skin health — ideally in a medical or clinical setting
  • You’re passionate about personalised, holistic care
  • You enjoy working closely with patients, helping them feel safe, supported and understood
  • You’re calm, detail-oriented, and confident maintaining high clinical standards
  • You’re comfortable working independently in a small, close-knit team
  • You’re open to training and development in new devices or techniques
  • You believe great results start with listening, trust, and a personalised approach.

📋 Useful experience includes:

  • Experience with microneedling, peels, or medical-grade skin treatments
  • Facial skin analysis (with digital skin diagnostic tools)
  • Knowledge of injectable skin boosters
  • Previous work in a dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or integrative health setting
  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in skin health, clinical aesthetics, or relevant healthcare experience
  • Confidence with infection control and clinical preparation protocols
  • Interest in hormonal skin, inflammatory conditions, or functional approaches to dermatology
  • Phlebotomy

💼 Salary & benefits:

  • From £13.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Pension contributions
  • Pro-rated holiday allowance
  • Discounted treatments
  • A calm, respectful and inspiring work environment where your contribution matters
  • Paid training relevant to the vision of the clinic

If you’re ready to play a hands-on role in transforming skin health through holistic, functional care — we’d love to hear from you. It could also be combined with our Clinic Coordinator position for someone with the right skills across both patient coordination and skin health support.

This is a part-time role, minimum 15 hours ideally spread over four days per week. We will be opening one evening a week and occasional Saturday mornings in the near future. There is flexibility in our requirements.

Full-Time Hybrid Role: Clinic Coordinator & Clinical Skin Therapist – The Bespoke Clinic, Newcastle upon Tyne

The Bespoke Clinic is a private, CQC-registered clinic in Newcastle specialising in functional medicine, holistic health, hormones, and integrative skin care. We take a root-cause, functional approach — blending advanced testing, hormone support, and personalised skincare.

We are now looking for a warm, proactive, and capable individual to join us full-time in a ‘hybrid role’ that blends front-of-house clinic coordination with hands-on clinical skin therapy. This role would suit someone with experience in both patient-facing admin and skin-focused clinical support, who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, professional care.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — welcoming them, managing bookings, and guiding their experience — while also supporting consultations, performing skin health treatments, and (if trained) carrying out phlebotomy for functional testing. This is a meaningful, people-centred role where your presence will be felt at every step of the patient journey.

🧩 What you’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming and supporting patients, managing the inbox and appointment schedule
  • Taking payments, organising recalls, and managing bookings and enquiries
  • Liaising with labs and supplement companies (ordering tests, chasing results)
  • Performing blood draws for hormone and functional testing (if phlebotomy-trained)
  • Taking observations (BP, weight, height) and supporting consultations
  • Performing or assisting with skin treatments such as microneedling, polynucleotides, and peels
  • Supporting skin assessments using our digital facial analysis device
  • Advising on and promoting medical-grade skincare in line with protocols
  • Maintaining a clean, calm and professional clinic environment, in line with CQC standards
  • Helping with stock control, orders and treatment room set-up
  • Supporting occasional clinic events or skincare-related marketing tasks

💫 You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience in both patient coordination and clinical or skincare support
  • Are confident communicating with patients and enjoy building trust and rapport
  • Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach
  • Have experience in phlebotomy or are familiar with working in a clinic that offers testing
  • Have strong knowledge of skincare, medical-grade products, and skin treatments
  • Take pride in delivering calm, considered care with a personal touch
  • Enjoy variety in your week — from admin to hands-on treatments
  • Are looking for a role where you can grow with a thoughtful, specialist clinic

📋 Useful experience includes:

  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in skin health, clinical aesthetics, or similar
  • Phlebotomy or blood draw experience
  • Clinic admin, medical reception, or patient coordination experience
  • Knowledge of medical-grade skincare, hormone-related skin conditions, and other skin conditions
  • Microneedling, peels, skin boosters, facial analysis tools
  • Familiarity with CQC expectations and infection control in a clinical setting

💼 Salary & benefits:

  • From 14.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Pension contributions
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
  • Discounted treatments and professional skincare
  • Paid training and development relevant to the role
  • A calm, supportive, and inspiring environment where your role genuinely matters

This is a full-time position, with occasional evening or weekend work to support events or patient needs. We will be opening one evening a week and occasional Saturday mornings in the near future. There is some flexibility in our requirements.
