Joyce is our in-house counsellor. She is passionate about helping you achieve improved mental health and wellbeing, helping you pay more attention to the present and helping you manage your thoughts and feelings about your body and mind and the world around you. Having many years of life experience behind her she will help you work on strategies to help you move forward and start to enjoy and live your life.

When she is not working, Joyce enjoys visiting cities famed for their shops and will always have a beautiful matching handbag, whatever outfit she has on. She is calm, friendly, approachable and welcoming and will always do what she can to help you get a handle on your psychological health because there is no one more important than you!
